• Account & Contact Data: Name, Atlassian Account ID, avatar, job title, company name, and email address shared with us when you install, evaluate, or use our Software or submit a support ticket.

  Note: We do not collect or store any credit card, bank, or payment details.

• Customer & Usage Data: Content, configuration settings, or metadata processed by the Software via Atlassian APIs to perform its intended functions, as well as application logs used for diagnostics and security.

• Direct Interaction: Information you provide when submitting support requests, forms, or direct communications with us.

• Atlassian Ecosystem: Customer contact and licensing information provided directly by Atlassian when you install or evaluate our Software.

Note: DS SOLUTION, INC, and not Atlassian, is responsible for processing data collected by our Software.

• Security: We employ industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or alteration of your data, adhering to Atlassian Marketplace Security Standards.

• Location: Data processed by our external infrastructure (if applicable) is stored securely on trusted cloud environments (Google Cloud).

We retain Personal Information collected from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so. For example, we retain your information in order to:

• Provide, maintain, and support our Software.

• Comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements.

• Enforce our agreements, prevent fraud, assist with security investigations, resolve disputes, analyze or troubleshoot application issues, or take other actions permitted or required by law.

When we no longer have an ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we will securely delete, anonymize, or isolate it from further processing, in accordance with applicable laws.

Our Software is intended solely for business and professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16.
